Pro City

Pro City (short for Pro-City Administration) is an all-encompassing term which refers to the factions who are allied to the City Administration, but not necessarily to each other. They are all based within the Via Rosso and Plaza districts of Neocron.
The pro city factions are:
- City Administration - CA
- NExT - NExT
- Biotech -BT
- Protopharm - PP
- Tangent Technologies - TT
- Diamond Real Estate - DRE
