Lore

The Dome Of York, was founded by Ceres and destroyed by Regant in the first Dome of York war. The Dome then regained some of its power over the land between itself and Neocron city in the buildup to the second Dome of York war. To end the war, before it started, Neocron decided to use an experimental neutron bomb on the Dome, this killed most of the original humans living within the dome, the remainder can still be seen guarding the Dome. The ruins of This city was the destination of the mass exodus of half of the factions from Neocron, and was home to the Anti City factions before their return.

Gameplay

Once the home of Anti City Factions the Dome is now used as a high level area with numerous dungeons throughout, populated with high level mobs. The Dome features a GoGuardian in Sector 1 in the west as well as a lone GeneReplicator along with a GoGuardian in the center of the sector "Secured DoY City Center" located north of Sector 5 or west of Sector 4. The city center sector is guarded by some Reprogrammed Copbots, which seem to behave peacefully. Beside the GR, there is also an NPC offering something like a recycling mission.

Spotted enemies in the DoY dungeons include:

• Decomissioned Cyborg GD30S (56/56) in the sector 5 sidestreet
• DoY Squatter (100/100) with shotgun in the sector 5 sewer
• Mutant "rocket launcher" infantry (?/?) in the sector 5 storage
• Decomissioned DoY Defence Unit (60/60) with energy weapon in sector 3 sidestreet
• Decomissioned York Sergeant (60/60) with raygun weapon in sector 1 storage
• DOY Vandals (60/60) with low-tech machine pistols in sector 1 sidestreet

IAR/SWAT weapons can be found in the Dome.
