Talk to the Electric Vibes Club Manager
He will tell you about a guy, who waits by the club entrance and annoys / harasses the girls working in the club. His name is Jock Hardwood.
Go outside the club using the backdoor entrance marked "for employees only" on the sub-level of the club.
In one corner right there, you will encounter the aggressive Jock Hardwood 60/60. Eliminate him.
Loot his dog tag.
Bring the dog tag back to the club manager.

A dancer named Sin is unwilling to do her work

Talk to the Electric Vibes Club Manager
He will tell you about a dancer named Sin who is unwilling to do her work. Unfortunately, she is not replaceable, because the visitors totally crave her. You need to convice her to continue work.
Visit Sin and talk to her. She is located in the employee dressing backroom on the bottom level of the club behind the dressing walls next to the backdoor entrance to the club.
Sin complains about a guy, who harasses the girls going home, outside the nearby backdoor entrance. During dialogue, you will tell her that the stalker is not a problem any more. She will then tell you to leave as she has to dress for work now.
Report back to the club manager.

A guest named Gerry Claymore has a bill open. Convince him that it is better for his health to pay up.

He will tell you about a guest named Gerry Claymore has a bill open. You need to convince him that it is better for his health to pay up.
Visit Gerry Claymore and talk to him. He is located on the top level nearby the club manager at a table.
Gerry Claymore tells you that he is drinking so much, because his wife left him - and that he has no money to pay. You find a solution by giving him 500 NC to pay the bill.
Report back to the club manager.
