Template Documentation is documentation which will be found at the bottom of any template pages. The documentation should always be added when a new template is created as it allows any users of the templates to see how the template works, and also what commands are optional and required. The documentation should also include a example use of the template, so users can also see where the template should and should not be used.
The documentation can itself be added as a template which is transcluded from another page.
