This is a NPC in the newbie version of Area MC-5. She is located northwards from the main building and after completing the mission from Ezra, she also has a mission - killing 5 small rattlesnakes, which are located about the area and in a nearby called strange cave. Afterward, she will point to Wesley in the improvised weapon shop in the free area outside the main building ramp.
