The warbots where designed by Ceres, using the information held within the ceres disk, in response to Regants GenTank army. The Warbots are first encountered by the residents of neocron in the battle of 2578 where they, together with other defensive measures, sucefully defend the Dome Of York against the GenTanks. As the war goes on an ever increasing amount of Warbots are produced to combat Neocron and the war grinds to a standstill as the PSI Monks under Regants command produce more and more gentanks to fight them. Eventually Ceres discovers the plans for a weapon based upon the nuclear bomb wich would destroy all life in the wastelands bu leave his own armoured warriors unharmed. Ceres rapidly deploys the weapon over the battlefield and thousands of GenTanks are destroyed by the resulting radiation. He threatens to use this new weapon against Neocron itself if his enemies do not surender not realising that the PSI Monks had already copyed the Warbots radiation shielding and utilized it to create an armored suit. The suit enhances the reflexes and capabalities of the GenTanks and the next wave walkes into battle fully protected against the new threat. With the aid of the new protection and power granted by the suit the gentanks vanquish Ceres Warbots and invades the dome of york ending the bloody conflict.

Gameplay

The Warbots are found all across the northern wastelands and especially in the zones sorounding the Millitary Base. They are divided into 2 classes the standard warbots and the warbot titan. Upon death the corpse of the warbot is locked and requires a hacklevel of atleast 60 to be looted. Both warbots and Titans drop unresearched Tech Parts.
