* Talk to Dag at Desert Race Track (DRT). Dag is located up the ramp near the Go Guardian, to the right.

* Go to the Technical Workshop inside the Plaza 4 ASG and talk to Mike Garninger. He will request the Hovertech Key and Energy Core and give you an engine part in return.

* Return to Dag with the engine part.

* Find Amel, he's north east of DRT GR, over the fence on the road. Kill and loot the controller from Amel.
