Official description

This weapon is a new variation on the old taser. It would probably not stop anything big, but it is effective against smaller vermin. The electro-shocker quickly ramps up a charge(instead of releasing a full burst instantly, which saves power and allows it to function almost indefinitely without a recharge. This is a good weapon for unskilled citizens who are looking for a little more punch than their fists.

Freezer weapon technology

Each hit applies Electric Shock negative effect for 8 seconds, slowing down target movement speed by 20%. This effect stacks with broken legs negative effect when shooting legs for a total of 30% slowdown. Electric Shock does not stack with itself, only refreshes duration.

• Slowdown effect is very minimal and is only noticeable on low Athletics skill or heavy loaded
