Cyberwatchdogs were created in Tech Haven, but can also be found in the corridors of the City Mercs' Bunker. They are very fast and do extensive damage. Even a young Runner should be able to dispose of them if necessary, but if you are totally inexperienced you should approach a hostile Cyberwatchdog with caution.
