Hightech Combat(T-C)
Hightech Combat is a dexterity subskill, which helps determine the performance a player can get from High-Tech weapons. Moderately influences stats of hightech weapons, mainly frequency, range, and handling. In case of Drones and Hacknet Software, it also influences damage.
