The Anatchy Aggressor
They are one of the most highly trained Anarchy members to roam the wastelands. Normaly Seen in groups around camp fires some are even seen alone looking for their next victim. Armed with a "Anarchy" Gatlling rifle they typicaly try to sneek up and take out their victim with a spray of bullets.
