This sector contains the entrance to the Mech Haven dungeon, located in the south-eastern valley; built into a moutain-side. At the crossroad, there is a sign pointing to it, calling it a fallout shelter. On its top, there is not a lookout, but a small labyrinth with some supply boxes.

• Jay Smolly - Across from the Mech Haven entrance, standing in front of some purple crystals. TODO part of some mission?
• Probie resp. Carter - Assault Unit. Opens the entrance in exchange for a chip from a nearby-spawning cyborg.
• MH 5451 Alpha - Zone specific cyborg. Drops the Prototype B11 Chip which is used to gain access to Mech Haven.
