This is a NPC in the newbie version of Area MC-5. He is located on the hill straight out the main building ramp in the makeshift weapon shop. After completing the mission for Geordi, he also has a mission (find 5x wood, 2x metal plates). Metal plates are from the security bots in the Energy Production Units and wood from the various boxes in the area, also from killing the available critter.
