Geordi

This is a NPC in the newbie version of Area MC-5. He is located on the hill straight out the main building ramp in the makeshift weapon shop. After completing the mission for Tasha, he also has a mission: Buy a weapon you chose in the dialogue from the nearby nomad traders and bring it to him. He will research it, yielding a blueprint. Right-click it to see the required parts. Again buy those from the nomad traders.
