2. Talk to Manuel in Black Dragon Sector 08

Tip: When you talk to him refuse to give him 1,000nc

1. Talk to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ
2. Talk to Leone in Black Dragon HQ
3. Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ
4. Return to the Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 2 - Required Rank: */20

For this mission, carry with you: 4 x Destrosol Forte

1. Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
2. Talk to Leone in Black Dragon HQ
3. Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ and accept his offer. He will give you a package.
4. Talk to Mercurus and give the package to him.

Tip: He can be found in a corner outside Crahn HQ in Brotherhood Of Crahn Sector 02.  He will take the package from Lucky, but will require an additional 4 x Destrosol Forte

1. Talk to Mercurus again and give him the 4 Destrosol Forte drugs
2. Talk to Leone in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 3 - Required Rank: */30

• Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Leone in Black Dragon HQ
• Kill and Loot Carlos in Abandoned Sector 04

Tip: Use the Navray to go to Crahn HQ (the route should take you past him)

• Talk to Leone in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucy (The woman) in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 4 - Required Rank: */35

• Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ
• Kill 2 Tsunami Syndicate NPCs

Tip: You will get a "Come on, only 1 more mission targets to kill" message if the 1st NPC kill is valid, and "Mission Objective Completed" if the 2nd NPC kill is valid

• Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ
• Kill Pain in OZ1

Tip: He is the giant hurler looking dude

• Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 5 - Required Rank: */40

• Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucky in Black Dragon HQ
• Kill and Loot Hung

Tip: He is near the the Neofrag in Pepper Park 1

• Hand the drugs to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 6 - Required Rank: */45

• Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Mercurus
• Kill and loot 2 Fallen Angels

Tip: Kill the Fallen Angels members outside of Tech Haven at the southern entrance.  

• Talk to Mercurus again and hand the two Kidneys to him
• Kill and Loot Chang in OZ5

Tip: The easiest way to OZ5 is through the Bum Asylum in Pepper Park 3, but it is loaded with TS guards that will attack you.  Otherwise you will need to make the long trek to it starting at OZ1.  Chang is at the bottom of the sewers.  

• Give the key to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ

Mission 7 - Required Rank: */45
