Description
Hightech Combat (T-C) is a dexterity-based subskill, which helps determine the performance a player can get from High-Tech weapons by influencing aiming speed and precision, handling, range and frequency it does not affect damage done by weapons(Except Drones & Hacknet Software)

It is also a base requirement for the use of Stealth tools.
This skill is not required for use in low tech weapons.
Hints
T-C can have substantial effect on the weapon chosen, 20 to 30% contribution to skill on melee, pistol, rifle and heavy. Then a more significant effect of 40 to 60% contribution on skill to Drones and Hacknet.
