A Tradeskiller is usually paid on a Tip basis, that means, you pay him as many NC credits as you think his work was worth.
While it might be hard to define the worth of a job, if you do not pay the Tradeskiller enough, he most likely won't work for you again, while when you are generous, he might even cancel an other job if you offer him one.
