Building along the road

• A Mutant camp located just south of the northern world-border nose = a bit east of the half-distance along the east-west road with mobs up to Hurler and Butchee, useful for levelling.
• A building along the road where the road has its maximum northern position. Has a Nomad Trader (Implants and Lowtech Weapons - just like Street Hawker of same type, but as a Nomad Trader) TODO link directly to that kind of Trader and a non-hostile Anachry Breed vandal - Pitt Marshall 60/60, but no dialogue, just a mob.
