  • Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the CM HQ to start the mission.
  • Talk to Marcel in MB Sector 3. He is on the left in the first room.
  • Talk to Eljenia in MB Sector 3. Go straight from the entrance - she's in the second room on the left.
  • Return to Return to Recruitment Officer in CM HQ to complete the mission.
