The Aggie cellars is a nickname for the "abandoned cellars" found in Neocron city sectors, notably Plaza.
They consist of series of rooms linked by closing doors full of boxes with trash loot as well as the area's trademark Aggressor and Aggressor Captain mutants.
Often considered the best place for starting characters to gain levels, there are kill quests available for Aggressors and they drop trash loot that is good for cloning ammunition using recycling.
The Aggressors do primarily piercing damage.
