Bugs and issues from the wiki upgrade

Current issues
FlowPlayer not workingFixed- Add FlowPlayer CSS to skin
- FlowPlayer not working correctly as mediawiki image tag (Fix is done on Dev)
- Editor missing lots of old buttons
- Spambot issues - need to activate new anti-spam features
- CSS on some special pages not correct eg http://wiki.techhaven.org/Special:Statistics
- RSS feeds are broke
Plugins
- All plugins need updating to use the new resource loader feature
