Wiki link
Note: This command is only usable in articles the THN main website on http://www.techhaven.org it's is not available to external THN API users or on the wiki.
This command create a link to a page within the wiki. This command takes into account whether the server is a live, testing or development server.
It is recommended links all links to pages within the wiki are created using this tag.
