Proposal
- Only the owner of the userspace should edit their own page - unless a Sysop deams it necessary to conform with the rules.
Reason
This is to stop the spammage of "Here is a red page - please add to it" by members of the community (I am also guilty of it)

just to draw from my experience for a moment.
I have never used WIKI before now, i only realised i had my own page to add info to when i was prompted by you delphi to add something! Otherwise it would probably still be a red link.
