• Talk to Simmons in Red Pepper Bar in PepperPark 2.
• Kill any Black Dragon NPC of any rank.

Use Navray to locate Smugglers cave. Before entrance, turn and find entrance to Black Dragon Faction office entrance, to kill 40/40 BD NPCS. You will get a "Mission Objective Successful!" message if the NPC kill is valid.

• Return to Simmons in Red Pepper Bar in PepperPark 2
• Talk to Officer Jenna(Copbot) in Viarosso Sec-3 inside of the NCPD HQ.
• Return to the Human Resources Director in DRE HQ.

• Talk twice to Gregory Parkins in the middle of ProtoPharm HQ Lab Sector and give him the Synthetic Wine Plus the second time you speak.
• Return to Hontonka in Industrial A sector 2.
• Talk to Fergusson in Industrial A sector 1, next to the GoGuardian. Pay him 3,000nc.
• Return to Hontonka in Industrial A sector 2.
• Talk to Garmont (NPC in the pipeline area), then kill him.

Enter the secret passage from A-08, to get to the Secret Passage sector or make your way through the Black Dragon Secret HQ in Pepper Park 3. Reference maps at top
