• Talk to Gaia Reed ( or maybe Talman Graham at same position ) in City Administration HQ

He's on the ground floor near the CityComms, just inside the entrance of City Administration HQ.

• Return to Human Resources Director in DRE HQ.
• Talk to Matt Tronstett at Point Red. He is near the buildings with the Point Red GenRep. Be sure to activate it!
• Return to the Human Resources Director in DRE HQ to complete this mission.

• Talk to Simmons in Red Pepper Bar in PepperPark 2.
• Kill any Black Dragon NPC of any rank.

General Tip:
Use Navray to locate Smugglers cave. Before entrance, turn and find entrance to Black Dragon Faction office entrance, to kill 40/40 BD NPCS. You will get a "Mission Objective Successful!" message if the NPC kill is valid.

• Return to Hontonka in Industrial A sector 2.
• Talk to Fergusson in Industrial A sector 1, next to the GoGuardian. Pay him 3,000nc.
• Return to Hontonka in Industrial A sector 2.
• Talk to Garmont (NPC in the pipeline area), then kill him.

Enter the secret passage from A 08, to get to the Secret Passage sector or make your way through the Black Dragon Secret HQ in Pepper Park 3. Reference maps at top
