NPC's and Vandals
These NPC's need checking out, these was sent in to the THN. To quote Ranger Locutos
- Brother Leitus 60/60
- Brother Aurelius 30/30
- Brother Zargerius 90/90

- Vandal - Foster Gajewsky 60/60 right from the street above the ruins
- Vandal - Curt White 60/60 right from the street above the ruins
- Vandal - Hagen Star 60/60 right from the street above the ruins
- Vandal - Ugo Porter 60/60 right from the street above the ruins
- Vandal - Nero Manning 60/60 right from the street above the ruins
