Step 1: Preparation
Before the construction can be started, a few preconditions have to be met to get the job done successfully:
- Both the inventory (F2) and the processor window (F7) are the most freqented windows for construction, so it's best to keep these open and close to each other.
- Without doubt a construction tool is needed. A usual place is the top left slot of the processor window, as depicted in the image to the left.
- At least one blueprint (BP) is needed, as well as the parts listed on it. These things are best stored in the inventory. The BPs are the result of a Research (process).
- Depending on the TL of the item to build, more or less Construction Grease (CG) will be used up. It resides in the inventory.
- To start construction, one of the BPs has to be moved into one of the free slots of the processor window.
