For all its nostalgic value and atmosphere, Neocron is not a game without glitches, bugs and flaws. Some of the more regularly occuring bugs, and how to resolve / avoid them, are listed below:

Midnight Bug

At 00:00 in game time, everything on the server breifly vanishes and usually reapears after a few seconds. On occasion, items on the floor or mobs will not return, or do so in a new position, including stuck in unreachable areas. It is advised that as 00:00 aproaches, you do not have items of value on the floor

Stuck in things

In areas where there are tiny gaps in floor, walls, and other world objects, your character can on occasion slip through the cracks in the world and become stuck, either by being embedded in a wall or box, or sinking through the floor. When this happens, use of the RPOS command "/set reset_position 1" can be used. This will immobilise you for 60 seconds and then return you to a convenient position in the middle of the map or at the area entrance.

Permasync

When logging in or changing zones, Neocron displays a ...synchronising... screen while it reloads you. This has a habbit of never completing its task, resulting in you staring at the sync screen for several minutes. If this persists past 20 seconds, you will most likely need to log out using "esc" and log back in. This problem has been around since beta and there is no known fix to this problem.
