	Unreleased THN API Command
	This command will be updated/released with the next THN API update.

LinkStartBulkUpdate is intended to mark the beginning of a bulk update of web link pages using the THNapi:LinkUpdate command.

This command is not a tag command, and has to be issued directly to the THN API web service.
