The Outzone is the outermost section of Neocron. Formerly the home of the city's working class and the majority of its population, Reza's space program left the area depopulated and derelict.

This zone is curently off limits and has been so for several years. The only entry into Outzone 7, via Outzone 6, is blocked by a fence. The sector was suposedly closed due to dificulties with the mob spawn.
