The Doom Harbinger is one of the most feared creatures. A remnant of the Ceres infantry from the Ceres Wars. The Harbinger can be found in the Point Red Storage in B 08. Armed with a very powerful rocket launcher this is one creature most runners will never come across, or stay alive to tell the tale.
