The Faction Suply Manager or FSM is an NPC trader found in faction HQ's. These vendors are special in that they can only be acessed by a member of the same faction with 90 sympaty or more.
All FSM's sell the factions construction license, TL 90 and 100 datacubes, MNPU #34300-A through X parts and Clan appartment keys for the respective faction.. Apart from these standard items each trader will also sell an assortment of unique range of exclusive faction items that are not available elsewhere.
