Focussing
Focussing is a subskill of Psychic power, a sub requirement of all PSI modules. It also has moderate influence on Frequency, Range and Handling of PSI modules and minor influence on Damage.

Nanite Injectors
FCS is a requirement of Crahn Organism Cleaner V1 and Crahn Organism Infector V1 , limiting their use instead of dedicated Monk runners.
Class limitation
Tank cannot develop any PSI powers so they cannot put any points in FCS.
