Red Terra is the name given to the permanent human colony on Mars, currently operated by City Admin.
History
Foundation
Red Terra was initially founded in 2113 by the government of the Federation of the Free world, building upon the earlier facility constructed by the United State of America, to act as a mining facility for a metal found only on Mars, used in the production of nuclear fusion reactors. Being located such a vast distance from earth, the colony survives the 6 hour war which wipes out the majority of humanity and almost all civilization on earth.
