When ever you log into the game or zone to a different area, your Neocron client synchronizes it self with the server.

It often happens that a player experiences a synchronization loop in which they are stuck and can only get out of by pressing ESC and relogging into the game.

It is said that this synchronization problem is occures when the players client is trying to communicate to the server in a way not possible.

This problem has been around since beta and there is no known fix to this problem.
