Vehicle use (VHC)
Vehicle use is a Dexterity sub-skill that indicates the degree of complicated vehicle a runner is able to drive.
Vehicle use is a requirement subskill, in that it acts purely as a barrier to being able to drive vehicles. For example, somebody with 15 vehicle use will drive a Quad just as well as someone with 101 vehicle use points spent. Combat vehicles usually have dedicated gunner seats that have separate requirements, but if the driver is the gunner like in the case of Assault Hovertec, besides VHC you need to meet the gunner seat requirement to be able to drive.
Lowest possible requirement for a vehicle is 12 for NEXT 2WD Chaincraft 'Ranger' , but most of people opt for 15 points to use NEXT Quad 'Compass' from Driver profession quest for the luxury of being free and indestructible.
