Test KK Server

The Test KK Server first appeared online on 22nd July 2012.
It's purpose is unusual in that it's a test server for performance testing only, and any characters could be wiped at any time.
The server was initially loaded with a copy of all data from Mars, before being reloaded with a copy of data from Terra.
