I was talking to SnowCrash about public apartments this morning, and had a simple idea to put a wiki page up, so runners can add their own place. The only requirement is the apartment should have a public buzzer.
This page is to be used to develop a template and format for the said page. Comments on the talk page please, and you may add your own public apartment here to this page for testing.

- About: The phoenix HQ apartment was opened in secret not long after the Fallen Angels moved out of Tech Haven, and servered as a secure meeting place. The HQ became public knowledge when the NCPD tried to bust it during the rescue of Albert Einstein. Since Phoenix Ltd has moved back to their new Clan HQ in Tech Haven (Which is a few doors down), the apartment is open to runners and still serves as a meeting place.
