Before you decide to join the ranks of the City Mercs, you are sent on a small errand.

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the City Mercs HQ to start the mission. Talk to Marcel in MB Sector 3. He is on the left in the first room. Talk to Eljenia in MB Sector 3. Go straight from the entrance - she's in the second room on the left. Return to Return to Recruitment Officer in CM HQ to complete the mission.

In order to become a fully accepted member of the CityMercs, you have to be victorious in a one-on-one fight.

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the City Mercs HQ to start the mission. Go and kill the 3 NPCs in Military Base Sector 3, Erik, Fredrick, and Claudia. Talk to Marcel in MB Sector 3 to complete the mission.

3 NPC's locations Tip: Erik you can find in the room to your right in the 1st room. Follow the hallway to the next room. In this room kill Claudia and Fredrick.]]

You are sent on a mission to visit CityMerc mercenaries all over the place. You were told to observe what they were doing before you will be entrusted with a valid mission.

Gerome in G-07

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the CM HQ to start the mission. Talk to Mitchell in J 01. Return to Marcel in the MB Sector 3. Talk to Gerrard in the Black Ribbon Bar in the CM HQ twice. Return to Mitchell in J 01 in front of MB. Return to Marcel in MB Sector 3 Talk to Gerome in the midwestern side of of the zone G 07. Return to Marcel in MB Sector 3 to complete the mission.

Mitchell's location Tip: is in front of the MB entrance to the left standing by a fence. Gerrard Tip: You may have to wait a bit to talk to him a second time. He will eventually tell you about Rose.

The first combat mission clearly shows how deep the differing opinions run in the ranks of the CityMerc.

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the CM HQ to start the mission. Talk to Gerome in the midwestern side of of the zone G 07. Go to Tawkeen Village in C 06 and kill Nicolas. Make sure you loot him and be sure to grab the Important Info-Datacube. Return to Marcel in MB Sector 3. with the Important Info-Datacube to complete the mission.

You are sent into the Wastelands to battle the enemies of the CityMercs, only to realize that there is a surprise waiting for you at home.

Black Dragon Secret HQ

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the CM HQ to start the mission. Kill a Black Dragon NPC. Kill a Twilight Guardian NPC of any rank. Return to Marcel in MB Sector 3 to complete the mission.

Black Dragon NPCs Location Tip: The best place to find a Black Dragon Contact person is the secret BD Faction office in Pepper Park 3. Set your nav-ray to "Smugglers Cave" under Starter-mission Locations and take the door to the right of where it leads you to. You will get a "Mission Objective Completed!" message if the NPC kill is valid. Twilight Guardian NPCs Location Tip: The best place to find a Twilight Guardian NPC is outside the Psi Shop in Pepper Park 3. There are 2 of them standing next to the door to the Bum Asylum. Kill only ONE of them and watch out--the other NPCs in the area may attack you. You will get a "Mission Objective Completed!" message if the NPC kill is valid.

Mission 6 - Required Rank:*/45

The only way to restore balance to the CityMercs seems to be a duel with Marcel.

Talk to a Recruitment Officer in the CM HQ to start the mission. Talk to Eljenia in MB Sector 3. Talk to and Then Kill Marcel in MB Sector 3. Let Marcel Respawn and then talk to him again. Talk to Gerome in the midwestern side of of the zone G 07. Return to Recruitment Officer in CM HQ to complete the epic and collect your Tangent Speed Gun.

Killing Marcel Tip: Marcel is a rank 50/50 and will attack you with an assault rifle, so armor yourself for Force/Piercing accordingly. You will get a "Mission Objective Completed!" message if the NPC kill is valid.
