The Ferguson Run
To get access to the Terminals in the High Sec Logins described below, you need to absolve THIS Run first.

There exist nine different types of Rare Code Fragments:

Rare code fragment #3 - Plaza 2 High Security login
Note: Download them from the Terminals inside, after finishing the Ferguson run, with TL100 cubes from your Faction FSM.
Rare code fragment #4 - P1 P2 PP1 PP2 VIA1 VIA 2 LOW Security login
Rare code fragment #5 - P1 P2 PP1 PP2 VIA1 VIA 2 MID Security login
Note: These containers will most likely be empty and you will need to ask, or hope, for a GM to spawn them.

Construction
To construct the weapons, you need a blueprint recycled, a Ion Charger Cell and six weaponpart 10.
Blueprint
You need to Recycle three Rare Code Fragments in the right order, with a Skill of 100, to get a blueprint of a type of weapon.

The Ion Charger Cell
The Cell is a static drop from the Phoenix CPU (127/127***). The Phoenix Mainframe is connected to the TechHaven Bridgelink.
