This is a small valley in E 12 with a guard tower, two mission NPCs and a group of fire mobs including a Grim Persecutor and a unique Reaper for the Crahn epic. Because of the latter, the place is a dependable source of Fire Mobs. (Or is Catlock Bay only the valley with the firemobs?)
