The Infected Countermeasure Daemon V3.1.1 will be found only in the High Sec Logins in Hacknet. Due to hacknet, the mobs make energy and xray damage and have only armor for energy.
Gameplay
The Infected Countermeasure Daemon V3.1.1 are the hardest mobs in the Logins and they attack as packs. Static mobs (they don't move around) will drop: <itemdb:show_hoz items="1267,1268,1269,1270"/>
They will be recycled to: <itemdb:show_hoz items="1266"/>
