- If you need some additional details you might wanna check out this page [1]. It hasnt been updated in god knows how long but most of the information should be up to date since apartments havent gotten much attention in patches. --Solid Rock 09:50, 10 May 2008 (BST)
Thanks Solid, I had already added that page to the Fansites but didn't want to rob all the work from someone else! So started my own take on the appy's :) Plan on doing them all as i own them all just got to get screens :p and some time to get in game to do it lol

I'll have a crack at getting this a little more up to date. Bear in mind thought that I don't own many apartments and I'm too broke to buy more (plus I've never edited a wiki before) ASHRID 19:42, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
- Don't worry about editing a wiki, once the information is there, there are many wiki admins who will do the fomatting, and make the information fit the page (When putting a comment on a talk page, please put your signature after the comment so we are able to see who we are talking too ~~~~ will add it!) δφ (delphi) 19:59, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
Apartment plan
Currently I am debating whether we should have a apartment portal, which then links off to each area where an apartment can be which makes it different, with more information about each one - as I don't want to see 50 pictures on one page, I think then we are bombarding the reader with too much information, not to mention the time required to open the page. - Could be useful. I just added a Plaza Level 3 app video (finally got Fraps working how I wanted, me am noob!) and whilst I'm trying to find the autoplay=off feature, with several videos too... this is a good idea I think. --StevenJ 00:26, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
Update complete
As far as possible the update to my guide is complete. Unfortunately I'm having some trouble uploading to the existing web host so it's currently sat at http://www.ash-ridley.net/neocron/
The notable changes are:
Starting apartment location and/or type for Anti-City runners has changed (I've corrected the wiki).
Change to exisiting apartment vendor in PP3 (wiki needs correcting)
New apartment vendor in PP1
Reduction in number of cabinets in some apartments (e.g. Small Pepper Park)

Apartments - Take 2
Ok, I want to kick the dicussion of that Delphi started on an Apartment Portal, since there are a few more pages kicking about, and it's starting to get a little chaotic, IMHO.
My thoughts so far:-
- We now got the video plugin, which seems to be working ok, but has a few issues.
- This page is a bit too long I think. I think this page would be perfect on it's own just showing only the starter apartments.
- Then maybe have seperate pages for:-
- Pepper Park apartments
- Via Roso apartments
- Plaza apartments
- Tech Haven apartments
- Ciy Merc apartments
- ...any other locations I've missed
- Clan apartments
Video's
The pages can contain a video for each type, however there may be an issue with the video plugin when working in autoplay="no" mode, in that i still buffers the video.
This isn't an issue for video's that are a few seconds long, but if a page has 3 videos for each sort of apartment which are a minute long, it could be a issue for low-bandwidth users who suddenly find 3 videos that are 8megs long buffering.
I may be able to solve this one, but one quick and easy solution is to have a subpage like Steve and myself has done, but this breaks the Site policy rule on having no subpages. The reason I'm having problems solving the buffering this one is all my connections/dev boxes are TOO fast now!
Ok I'll turn the soapbox over to you guys now. --Brammers 14:45, 27 January 2009 (UTC)
