Construction license

A construction licence is a faction specific item used in the construction process for various faction related items. Each faction has a construction licence available to buy, and these are sold by the Faction Supply Manager for that faction. Examples of items that require a construction licence to build include the Punisher drone (Tsunami Syndicate licence), NExT Assault Tank 'Rhino LR' (NExT licence), Biotech Personal Injector V2 (Biotech licence) and each of the faction database tradeskill gloves (each glove requires a different faction's licence).
