The Anarchy aggressor is one of the most highly trained Anarchy Breed members roaming the wastelands. Normally these danagerous people are seen in groups around camp fires, or alone looking for their next victim. Armed with a "Anarchy" Gatling rifle they typically try to sneak up and take out their victim with a spray of bullets to the back.
