I've got a rough guide together for how to convert video files from most formats to .flv using Super Converter, I just need to re-write in a less half-assed way - you know how sometimes you can't string a sentence together for shit? :p I have never used Fraps or anything similar to record anything ingame, but I know a man who has (Necpock) so I'll ask him to put something together for that aspect.
