The Phoenix CPU can only be found in the Phoenix Firewall in Hacknet, located in the Techhaven Bridgelink. Due to hacknet, the mob deals energy and xray damage and only had armour for energy.

The Phoenix CPU is the boss in Hacknet. It's a static mob and will drop the following item:
