Talk to Figaro and buy some Whiteflash off him for 500nc. Return to Constantine and talk to her twice. Go to Sherman Bay (B10) and get "Grimm's ID Cube" from the Special Box. Return to Constantine with Grimm's ID Cube in Fallen Angels HQ to complete this mission.
