Brothers in Arms can be found in Pepper Park Sec-3, near the Brotherhood of Crahn headquarters. It is believed that the PSI smuglers in Millitary Base may be working for the Brothers in Arms.

Gameplay
Brothers in Arms is the one stop shop for basic PSI modules, the shop caters for the new PSI monks to the mid level PSI monks, for higher end Psionic modules it is adviable to talk to a member of the Brotherhood of Crahn as the sect itself keeps most of the more powerful and dangerous modules for its own members. The Brothers in Arms shops are considered to be more established version of the Pepper Park PSI smugglers.
