This is a dungeon below the Mining Facility 2 part of Gaia Mine.
Structure
The laboratory consists of three areas:
- Laboratory Facility - Sewersystem (bottom left part of the map)
- Laboratoy Facility - Main Lab (bottom right part of the map)
- ?? TODO (top right part of the map)

- Regant Scout 48/48 looking like a Mutant Scout with a lightsaber
- Regant Soldier 56/56 - Mutant Scout with with a plasma rifle (like the CopBots in Neocron have it, ie. with green shots)
